I was having one of 'those' weeks at work: My stress and frustration were about to crack the lid of the proverbial pressure cooker. My management team took notice as well as an HR representative. Everyone wanted to talk, in some regard, that same day; however, I did my best to schedule future meetings to address my stress and frustration. In doing so I gave myself time to write out my emotions. What resulted was clarity and a better understanding of what twisted the dial of the pressure cooker. The process of writing is the act of thinking clearly.
